II.   Bonds over $1,500 in liability
III.  If the court sets cash bail at 15% or less

Forfeiture Statutes

Forfeiture Time:

90 days – A petition to reinstate bond should be made within 90 days. A petition made between 90 and 180 days may be reinstated only with the approval of the Chief Judge and the application of a penalty of 10% of the bond amount. No reinstatement after 180 days. Failure to pay forfeiture within 90 days will result in an automatic statewide suspension of the surety and its agents. The suspension will continue for 30 days from the date the principal amount of the bond is deposited with the court.
